Configuration file / env for defaults (especially an option not to download to a "Storage/" subdirectory)

It would be really good if you could configure the default settings with a config file, e.g. ~/.config/hfdownloader.json

One of my most frequent use cases for this would be to stop hfdownloader from downloading everything to a Storage/ subdirectory which is quite frustrating.
