I open a file with coda -n test.txt from another desktop than the one running Coda (and Coda is fixed to its own desktop, so all Coda windows open there)....
Added Go to line number option using AppleScript as you do ;). Currently it's done sending the shortcut's keystroke "shift+command+l" which is the default. Any idea how to do this...
