Directory separator interpreted as part of filename on Windows

When I upload to Google Cloud Storage, directories aren't handled properly. If I have /folder/file.html, that file comes up as /folder\file.html in Google.

Just confirmed that this problem also happens with AWS.

I don't have a Windows PC to test on but I'm happy to accept a pull request. It should be a dead simple change.
