[ccrole] fails to add any roles when meant to add multiple. single role commands work fine.

Describe the bug When configured to add more than a single role the bot will say success even though it did not add any roles. There does not seem to be any correlation with if the command is role restricted or not. Commands that give a single role work perfectly fine.

To Reproduce Create command that adds more than one role. When asked for roles to add list them. Complete wizard. Test command, see no roles were added to target user.

Expected behavior Roles listed during creation wizard should be added.
