[ccrole] make the added ccrole a toggle

Currently ccrole can add a role which users can use to add that role to themselves, but there is no option to remove the added selfrole from user. So i think that sending the same ccrole command should act as a toggle and should remove the selfrole from user if they have it.

I'll consider this, but it could get pretty complicated with how to handle the roles commands could remove.

For the time being, I recommend making a second command to remove the role with like an "r" in front of the command name

This could be implemented by adding an additional step during creation that is "roles to toggle" along side roles to add and remove
