Get Cryptomatte to work

Cryptomatte is now supported in CPU and GPU for Cycles, and there is some code set-up already in GafferCycles to support this but it hasn't been tested, and the IECore::ImageWriter may not support writing this to EXR so I may need to use OpenEXR to write directly.
