Feature request: Hide SEO tab in backend

Lots of times I use this extension to quickly add the appropriate meta tags to my pages. Most of the time a user simply ignores the SEO fields in the editor (because the extensions picks up content from the regular Bolt fields). Therefore a config option like 'hide seo options in editor' would come in handy to avoid clutter in the editor.

What happens if you simply omit the type: seo from the contenttype?
