Requesting a new config line that allows setting the directory where the Rembg models are stored. Just like the `wildcards_path` add a `rembg_models_path = /path/to/models/` into config.json

It can trigger when a generation finishes and/or when the whole queue is empty. Since there is already a progress bar function, I imagine it wouldn't be hard to make...
