Current Behavior

The balance alert is not working as we expect. It pops up the false alerts. image Those alerts are mute at this moment. image

The error alerts have some issues. Currently alt L2s don't have too many traffic, so it's normally that some alerts are triggered every 10 minutes. Those alerts are not helpful and very confused. image image

The bobaopera should be added to the balance alerts and error alerts.
