For a dynamic GUI it would be good to have an event-stream so that the GUI can be updated without reload. What do you think @lispyclouds ? Is this something we could implement?

@TimoKramer That sounds like a good idea in general to have an k8s/docker style /events endpoint regardless of the UI using it or not! Do create an issue if you're working on it! Would be interested to see its implementation. I have some ideas too!
