List of bugs/typos

1. The typo is under section A NAND interpreter in Python, after the line "Accessing an element of the array Vartable at a given index takes a constant number of basic operations". It says in parenthesis that $n,m\leq s$, but I believe it should be $n\leq 2s$ and $m\leq s$.
