Chapter name: Defining computation

Bug: In the section "Boolean Circuits", there are two question marks in place of what should be a reference to Figure 3.8: "evaluating the circuit. For example, ?? gives such a circuit for the XOR function". This issue is present only in the PDF version, not in the online version.
