May I ask if downloading the JSON file as raw is done by entering the following URL in the additional development board manager URL: the link you just sent
Just tested the link again - it works fine for me.
What is the version of Arduino IDE that you use?
Sorry, I still use an IDE 1.x versions, so I can't to test the issue just now.
Glad to tell you that I can be installed after degrading to 1.8.18 and is very grateful
