ps_3_0 shader disassembly error

Steps to reproduce : -grab the following pixel shader TestFpo2.zip -cmdDecompiler.exe -D TestFpo2.shd

This will ouput the following error : "No opcode frc" The expected output can be obtained with SlimDX, mojoshader gets some errors too : Out.txt

I like the output format of the cmdDecompiler so hopefully that could be fixed. Thanks a lot for your great tools, they're really helping my current research effort.
