Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 HUD minimap element reseting(?) upon reload?

tried 3D Migoto with Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, and it works great, to a point.

There is a specific element, a blur background behind the minimap on the bottom left. 3D migoto identifies the shader just fine, and upon launching the game first time and being in-game and pressing the key it successfully toggle that element out along with all the other HUD elements.

However, just for this specific blur minimap background element, when I press escape to see the menu and esc again to continue in-game it shows a black box there instead of removing it as it did when the game was first launched.

I tried to check whether there is some other shader layer that I missed, but using the "skip" option of hunting, it removed it just fine when that shader number was reached, along with it showing text on top that the PS ShaderFixes text file had already been previously created by 3D Migoto (so I had identified it correctly to begin with)

So, what is happening here? Is there a way for it not to show the damn black box where the minimap is supposed to not be, every time I reload a save?

(to be clear the minimap background is supposed to be circular and blurry, but when I open/close the menu it doesn't just re-show the blur circle there, it shows a black square there)

(using version 1.3.16)

I noticed that the menu background is also blurry , maybe its due to that blur intersecting/conflicting with the minimap's blur background? If yes, can this be fixed?
