Incorrect Win10 SDK in the build steps?

Just built it in VS2019, had to install 2 packages to build the solution:

Windows 10 SDK, version 1809 (10.0.17763.132) v141 build tools (VS2017 build tools)

When I installed SDK 10.0.10240 as stated on the main page, the builder kept complaining about needing 10.0.17763.0
