RunCCA - can BPCells help reduce running time?

I am currently running Seurat's RunCCA() function on two large datasets (the reference dataset contains 40,000+ cells), and it took me ages.. Can BPCells help optimise the runtime, or are there any other possible solutions? Thank you!

Hi @EchoCode4Fun , while we don't have support for CCA, I think it is something we are actively considering (among other joint reference/query corrections). I do not have a timeline for you, but I'll try to keep you updated once we start on the work. Thanks!
