Failed to rotate viewport

Failed to rotat viewport after clicking "Start Normal Editor " with latest master branch version in 3.4.1. And I have checked the relevant issues but did not find a solution. I use the middle mouse button to rotate the view. I can only get the orthogonal view by clicking the axes in the upper right corner.
