Deprecation / Breaking Change collector for bnd 8.0.0

This issue serves as a collector for potential candidates which could be removed in a future release.

  • #6760 Searching in search.maven.org in BndPomRepository (docs) - search is now titled "legacy" without known replacement and causes breaking builds because of instabilities
