Use of bndtools template-based project creation shows Eclipse 4.20M3 module-info.java create dialog

Eclipse 4.20 has a new feature for java project creation as described here:

With Bndtools 5.3 release in Eclipse 4.20M3, when a project template is used to create the project the old java project page is presented (no module-info.java create section as shown in New and Noteworthy above), but when Finish is selected a dialog pops up asking whether module-info.java should be created.

I imagine that if possible, bndtools will probably want to have module-info.java not be created by default (when using a project template)...and perhaps adding the create module-info.java section to the java project creation page? (or maybe just leaving it out completely).
