Is it safe to reuse Preparam ?

We have two questions.

  1. Is it safe to reuse Preparam ? Reusage to different parties and different times.
  2. In case 1 is True, is it safe to reuse Preparam again even though the keygen.LocalPartySaveData is leaked (published) to the other parties?
