Unable to broadcast txn

I am trying to broadcast txn signed from keepkey to binance chain but it is showing me some error like txn parse error https://github.com/sahilpant/keepkey-test/blob/master/sandbox/index.ts#L596 above is my code for generating and broadcasting the txn.
