Related to Blocks mean Time

Hello Eveyone can anyone suggest me how to reduce block mean time? when i run on local machine or on single node on server mean block average time takes 3s but when i started 3 node i.e (Bootnode, RPC, and miner) then starting time 3s but it goes up to !2s-15s after block increases.
