Latest version 1.1.10 cannot stop gracefully

Geth version: 1.1.10 OS & Version: Linux Commit hash : 2f2b98abb26a3833d76daf1a9a1a660e517b1459

Expected behaviour

Version 1.1.8 can be stopped normally via systemd.

Actual behaviour

Version 1.1.10 cannot be stopped normally via systemd.

I upgraded to 1.1.10, encountered the same issue. Then rolled back to 1.1.8, but geth still fails to stop gracefully and times out upon SIGINT

@guagualvcha does v1.1.11 fixed this issue ? since no mention about this issue on v1.1.11 release page

V1.1.11 is just a release that contains hard-fork changes.
