Update tests for SCT

After @HurryStarfish blamed SCT for failing on Windows I made some updates - which seem to fix the reported issues.

I also added features like side by side validation (making it more easier to recognize the breaking lines). But I also have seen that some tests fail on Windows because Windows outputs different numbers or acts different to NaN/ind values.

@woollybah also had troubles in the past with SCT having eaten some output. Hope this is solved now.

If everything is working I think you (@woollybah ) should add some tests for the new language features. Maybe these could also get used for the "documentation" of this new stuff?

If someone is writing tests for BCC/BMK with SCT. Feel free to add them here - or creating pull requests for burden-less merging :-)
