installer error "cannot find lemur library"

Can't seem to make autogen.sh find lemur library. I did run ldconfig to update. Probably a simple path issue. I am using Lemur 5.1 with latest pull of pymur on Ubuntu 10.04.

checking consistency of all components of python development environment... yes checking map usability... yes checking map presence... yes checking for map... yes checking indri/Index.hpp usability... yes checking indri/Index.hpp presence... yes checking for indri/Index.hpp... yes checking for lemur library... configure: error: in `/home/*****/Desktop/pymur': configure: error: Could not find the lemur library.

I have the same problem :) Seems like this project is dead though.. Too bad, because it looked good.

Yeah, I moved on to the Solr project which is part of Lucene. You should check it out. It has a few good python libraries.
