ACtually musing on this a bit more....maybe a `xportr_write_china()` or an argument that you supply with the agency? `xportr_write( agency = c("fda", "china", "pmda", etc)`

@atorus-research/xportr-development-team what do folks think? It would probably be similar to [`metatools::drop_unspec_vars`](https://pharmaverse.github.io/metatools/reference/drop_unspec_vars.html), but I think could be a handy to have in `xportr` as users might not be using `metatools`...
