Is there any trick for capturing images by handheld cellphone?

Hi, I try to take photos using my iPhone XR and make my own custom dataset. But the predicted images always have noise cloud and look a little foggy. I guess the noise cloud results from the difference of camera poses (pitch, yaw, roll) between images. I think it's very hard to keep the pitch, yaw, roll constant during I move my handheld iPhone. So is there any trick for capturing images by handheld cellphone?
