Latest version of either VSCode (1.85.1) or Intelephense (1.10.2) marks PHP internals as not defined

Describe the bug In a recent update to Intelephense or VSCode most internal functions are marked as not being defined, despite showing their docblocks below.

To Reproduce Use most internal functions and this error will appear.

Expected behavior There not to be red squiggly lines and errors about undefined functions.
