Login Box with username/email

Also, as Moodle 2.7 enable email login, after I turn on email login, but the "Username" input area still only show "Username". Is it better to show sth like "Username/Email"?

I think this is going to have to be a part of a major login rewrite, so I'm going to push it to the 2.8.0 milestone
