Nano hard line-wrapping by default

Nano features the ability to both soft line-wrap and hard line-wrap (Wrapping the line versus inserting line breaks where a line is wrapped.)

At present, GOW is preset to hard line-wrap on all files. This is not default behavior and may be very confusing for users not familiar with the ability to add -w to prevent it. As this can confuse users and potentially break pre-existing code and files, this should be changed to the nano default (no line wrapping at all) or soft line wrapping.
