Implement version 1.0 of compliance automation

Goal:

• Allow users to create integrations composed of tasks
• The tasks could be checking third-party API's and/or bringing in external data
• Allow users to enable/disable integrations for their projects and the frequency at which they are run
• If something is found (S3 bucket not encrypted), the user can create a Finding and associate data with the finding, such as controls
• Findings should be viewable in the project with the ability to change the status
