Hi, really good catch on the viewcontroller inputaccessory. The native SMS app does the same thing i noticed.

Do you have any idea how does facebook messenger grows their camera from the keyboard?

I think i found out:

They create a new window displayed on top of the keyboard. then when you scroll up it just expands its bounds/frame
