Everytime I run upgrade.psl it redownloads xformers though it has the right version

Yes, I know, it is also annoying me. I will need to investigate. If someone know why and has a suggestion to fix it please let me know.

now the xformers in stable diffusion doesn't work and I have to reinstall it also, the installation leaves a huge cache in pip folder in app data folder

Does it have to be in the requirements.txt? We install it separately anyway according to the README.md?

I tried adding a #hash or #version xformers @ linktofile.whl#0.0.14.dev0 Now it caches the file sometimes 🤔 But I don't think this is correct.
