I think the latest trainer code is possible causing some issue... Also... were you using 8bitadam before? Make sure to select AdamW8bit as the Optimizer to get the same effect.
So you can't train with Adam,8bit and need it disable? Select AdamW nstead. That will untick the Adam 8bit checkbox.
AdamW8bit with unticked checkbox is. I will remove the 8bit checkbox in a next release to remove confusion.
I have published a new release where I removed trhe legacy use 8bit adam checkbox. This should lift confusion. The GUI will use the older config file config to properly...
I think it really is the trainer code change that introduced the new optimiser that is causing the issue. I suggest to switch to the release before the that release...
Great stuff. Does it run pretty well without modifications to the python code? I have not tested it myself... but if it does this is awesome!
I think deleting the .bat and .ps1 files will cause serious isssues with git pull commands. I suggest to keep them and simply add the .sh files to the repo......
Changes look good. I am doing a quick test and all appear to work so far. I will merge it to dev to test some more and then to master....
Are you using the sd2.1 quick start as the base model? Try using the quick start models to test
