What version of cuda will you use? I could add a specific vast.ai requirements file with the right pytorch versions... so it would make it easier to install perhaps?
OK. You can also check what the ./gui.sh report:  If it report 11.8 then pytorch is not the issue

Best way is to delete the venv folder and run setup.bat

The precision is moved under the "Accelerate launch" accordion:  Both accelerate launch and sd-scripts parameters are set from the value specified. Perhaps I should keep them seperate... ultimatly both...
Sorry about the change. I reworked the grouping of parameters in the GUI and this one is the most disruptive... I am sure you won't be the last looking for...
