Navigate to next parent

Would be really nice if you could jump to next section rather than having to press C-n/p to move around the IList buffer. This would be really similar to how magit-status supports M-n/p to move a section at a time.

Workaround: Turn on relative line numbering and C-M-42 C-n to go down 42 items.
