Color of alt text for add-ons

Can you fix the color of the alt text when we hover over the addons or the 3 dot application menu? Currently it shows as a dark shade of purple that FF uses by default.

It seems that I cannot select this tooltip in CSS, it might not be possible to recolour this kind of tooltip in the same way as the other tooltips.

Oh Okay.. If not third party extensions, would it be possible to update the popup textbox of basic Firefox toolbar icons?

I can see that for Downloads button, when hovered, shows edge themed grey popout, consistent with the rest of the theme: image

Any of the purple tooltips are ones that can't be selected using CSS. The grey tooltips are the ones that can be selected, and styled using CSS.

This issue affects some, but not all built-in toolbar buttons, along with the all add-on buttons.
