Instead of an array of `superduperdb[dev]` etc., simply require a version range of required packages to be installed which is checked at import time. In `superduperdb.ext.openai.__init__`: ```python def check_version(): import...

Currently it is quite implicit and hard to understand. E.g. `self_hosted_vector_search`, `is_remote_vector_search` etc..

This can lead to problems if an existing `Listener` or `VectorIndex` is using a previous version of a `Model`.

All versions should be deleted from database when a `Listener` is being deleted. ```python db.remove('listener', '') ``` This should remove the outputs.
