After staking BLZ ERC-20, coins have disappeared and Bluzelle address not created, unable to recover by seed

I staked just under 144,000 BLZ via staking.bluzelle.com; following the guide the is link on the left menu exactly.

In the staking interface it told me my wallet was: https://bigdipper.net.bluzelle.com/account/bluzelle1wr88lm7upcc8f39fv7jyze95pqev7wtfce2yw3

I left it open for about half a day, with no native BLZ recieved. So I turned off the computer.

Returning the next day, I was unable to connect my Ledger/Metamask to staking.bluzelle.com. It just told me to create a new wallet.

With the help of @dffffffff I was able to use my seed with the BLZ CLI, which was recovered. It again told me the address was bluzelle1wr88lm7upcc8f39fv7jyze95pqev7wtfce2yw3.

However, if you query that address on the native BLZ chain it just gives the error:

ERROR: unknown address: account bluzelle1wr88lm7upcc8f39fv7jyze95pqev7wtfce2yw3 does not exist

This appears to be a problem with Bluzelle's end. Is it possible to recover these? I have tried contacting Bluzelle by two emails, Telegram and Discord, but nine days later I have had no response.

Hello, Hi, I've an issue with BLZ staking account and metamask/leger:

• On 7-May I created an account on https://staking.bluzelle.com/, followed all steps.
• Wallet: Metamask with Ledger
• I have the seed phrase, transaction for new account was signed in metamask
• I was logged-in in BLZ account and could transfer BLZ: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xd0d40ad5adbc503b9e725779343539fdb97c5caf6f9e7cc4b41506bb7b320323 Now, when trying to login again, only creating new account is offered. Seems that the Metamask account is the wrong on, but it is correct...

I tried to create another account with a different address in metamask, it works and I can login. But I still cannot access the transferred BLZ in first account. Thanks for any help.
