Add VanJS templates

I recently created 2 new templates for VanJS:

• vite-starter-vanjs-ssr (express, vite, vanjs, van-plate)
• vite-starter-vanjs (vite, vanjs)

These are forks from your templates and are designed to be as minimal as possible, just like the sources. I won't waste anyone's time by trying to push a PR myself (cli is something I don't know how to handle yet), so please include these.

Sounds good to me. Feel free (or anyone else) to send a PR to add the templates. I'd lean on trying to make the templates as similar to the others as possible, but otherwise I'm open to the idea of adding this new framework.
