Fork Unmaintained Library

We'd like to make changes but the project appears unmaintained, so I created a fork at https://github.com/willtennien/maplit2

If you want to be an author who can accept PRs, let me know and I can add you. I'll attempt to accept PRs myself as best I can too.

Forking sounds like a good idea. Consider whether you want to inherit the maplit crates.io name (and start on version 2) or if it's independent.
