Add link to logo
Describe the bug Add the Homepage link to the logo for easier accessibility. When navigating to other pages, it would be quicker and easier to go back.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the Incidents page (any page tbh)
- Click on the logo to go back to homepage
- Error: The logo isn't linked
Expected behavior I expected to be able to navigate to the homepage in a straight-forward manner.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- Browser: Chrome
- Version: 129.0
Additional context If possible, kindly let me do this.

Make sure you know what you are doing. It should already be very straightforward to find where it is. Contributions are welcome provided we don't spend a lot of time with code reviews. Double check your work before committing anything for a review.
