Infrastructure alerts emails are empty

Describe the bug Infrastructure alert emails are empty instead of describing the problem (see screenshot).

Web UI says that there is an error with mail templating (see screenshot).

To Reproduce Configure infrastructure alerts.

Expected behavior The email should describe what is impacted.
