ZFS Arc cache is treated as used memory

Describe the bug ZFS Arc cache is treated as used memory. This memory is reclaimable and others apps calculate it so it's not shown as used memory because of this.

Expected behavior ZFS Arc cache is subtracted or excluded from used memory.
