WeakCache and CollectionHelper

It's been said on release page that v2.1 solves these two not being available when building but in my case it still is an issue and i have to copy weackcache.js and collectionhelper.js manually every time i do a build. Can you please advice?

@Innomalist hey. I published a new release and now during build those files should be added automatically
