Publish a Dask User Story

In Dask User Stories there are many climate examples and some others, but not materials examples. I have for a long time wanted to add some of our work there.

@pbeaucage and I discussed a compelling use case with PyHyper + Tiled + Xarray + Dask. I am putting this issue here so that we don't forget, and to perhaps collect other Story ideas.
