Please relocate the Top-of-Feed 'bug' (it's a problem when zoomed-in)

Describe the Feature

The button for going to the top-of-feed is a circle with an up-chevron. When zoomed at 100% it lives in the left pane, where it is out of the way.

However, when zoomed in (anything over 100%), it moves into the content pane, where it obscures text or photos, and is distracting because it floats. It's like having a bug on the screen.

A great, and safe, place to locate the button is in the right pane, above the Post button. It will be immune to zoom levels there. See attached screen shot. ----Thanks.
