mute lists aren't working at all

Steps to Reproduce

  1. put someone on a mute list
  2. never see them again

I'm not only seeing skeets from people who are on my mute lists, I'm not seeing indication that they're even on the mute lists in both the app and Safari

What platform(s) does this occur on?

iOS, Web (Desktop)

iPhone 15; MBP

this is incredibly annoying and seems to be getting worse
