Ability to "block" labels

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Accounts labeled as intolerant by Bluesky Moderation Service can still easily receive engagement by provoking other users (I can provide examples). In order to effectively deter abusive behavior, abusive accounts should be fully ostracized. This is currently only possible through account suspensions at Bluesky PBLLC's discretion.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the ability to "block" a label where:

• replies to my post with this label are hidden from all users.
• accounts with this label are automatically blocked.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Make mod lists more discoverable.
• Give Ozone the ability to automatically generate mod lists using account labels. Label services would therefor be able to do everything mod lists can do without inadvertently acting as a directory for bad actors.

• Aegis is a content labeler that pairs a mod list to each label , allowing users to mass-block labeled accounts. Unfortunately, no other labeler does this.

I think the second alternative you list is perhaps the best way forward on this.

As you say, Ozone would automatically generate a moderation list for each label that has been applied at account-level. Then, under the Off, Warn and Hide setting for each label there could be a link to View moderation list for accounts with this label.

This would let users choose to easily mute or block all accounts that have been labelled with that particular label.

I've seen an erosion of trust with mod lists, and they can be easily gamed to target people with. an ability to block anyone whose post has a label or profile has a label Would be an enhancement for moderation, security, and a better user experience. I would also like the ability to block accounts either a label.

Additionally, I'm not a fan of lists here is because of how fast they make new main characters. "I'm the most blocked user on bluesky" which can start to promote toxic social behaviour
